I’ve mr10k x m3 here with another fault in warranty so the ibm tech has to come anyway but I think he will not help me on this. Yes Zero Based Enclosure Enumeration: I’ve also tested the mr10i in x m3 and x m4, on this systems it works: Spend 3 serveraid mr10i to get it working, with serveraid mr10i luck.
